Harvest bench missing since 3.28

I hadn't needed it until now so I figured it would pop up once I did Harvest and talked to Oshabi. Nope. Harvest bench is completely missing from my hideout since 3.28 launch. I have swapped hideouts, completed a harvest, talked to Oshabi, relogged many many times. The item is simply missing from my hideout AND from my decorations list. It should be in Utility between Helena and Johan but it's not there. Searched for "Hort" and nothing.
