Divine retribution and The Sands of Time interaction

Divine Retribution :
"This skill cannot be Triggered or used by Totems, Traps, or Mines."

Suspend in Time:
"Suspended Mirages are not created by Vaal spells, channelling spells, instant spells, or spells which create minions."

Suspended Mirage is not used Divine Retribution. In my opinion this is a bug or an inappropriate description.
