Life Regen Monsters do not die

I cannot kill (most/all(?)) Life Regen monsters.

I do not know whether there are Life Regen Monsters that I can kill that I don't notice, but there are some in every single map that do not die even at 0 hp.

This is only the case for specifically monsters with the Life Regen modifier.

You are equipped with Southbound, which prevents your hits from killing monsters that are not Frozen.

Normally, you are killing Rare monsters by igniting them, since you aren't doing enough damage to Freeze them. Life Regen monsters have enough Regeneration to outpace the damage of your ignites, rendering you unable to kill them.
