Maniacal Monsters - Not counting map completion

Ran ~10 Defiled Cathedrals with a Rare non-corrupt map with 87% item Quant, ran the map with Eater alters, Scarab for Niko and Harvest, 3 Vaal Fragments. On completion of the map, and exiting back to the H/O Does not up the count amount on the Challenge. Last bumped on Mar 27, 2026, 2:44:27 AM

Same thing is happening for me. I've ran 5 different maps, all rare, 80% item quantity or higher, and it's not counting for the challenge.

Not only is maniacal monsters challenge not counting maps but sandswept survivor, and magnificent memories challenges all are not counting when completions. This appears to be a bug with item quantity.
