[Bug] Character stuck on loading screen - possibly related to "The Glade" zone

I wanted to report a bug I am currently experiencing.
My situation:
One of my characters is stuck and cannot be loaded. The game crashes every time I try to load this specific character from the character select screen. All other characters work fine.
After some testing I noticed that this seems to happen when a character is logged out inside the zone "The Glade". I tried loading a second character into that zone and now that character is also stuck in the same way.
This might just be specific to my account or situation - I am not sure if others are affected the same way.
What I have tried:

CTRL + ENTER on character select screen ✗
Restarting the game ✗
Loading other characters ✓ (works fine)

Affected characters: 2
Platform: PC
I have already contacted support. Could someone please take a look at my character data?

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share an update on my issue where my characters were crashing to the main menu when trying to load into The Glade zone.
What fixed it:

Deleted the ShaderCache folders from %AppData%\Path of Exile 2\
Ran Steam's "Verify Integrity of Game Files" (Right-click PoE2 → Properties → Installed Files)

After both steps the characters loaded in perfectly fine – issue is completely resolved! 🎉
