Cannot pick up items from the ground

When I mouse over items, they dont get highlighted and I cant pick them up.

I changed filter before entering a map, and noticed it in said map. It's the same on the new filter, old filter and with no filter at all. It's also the same in a different area (Kingsmarch).

Have you recently made any changes to your action bar?

Does setting the LMB slot to Move Only help?

I have not made any changes to the action bar recently (aside from the skill icons going away when I was missing a little dex for my items).

My LMB is always move only, after I gave up on them map I went to test in kingsmarch and I tried assigning a skill to LMB, and then making it move only again, didnt help.

Restarting the game didn't help either.

I think its important to note that I can interact with objects and NPCs.

For example I can interact with Kingsmarch map devices, take the loot out, discard what I dont want and transfer the loot from inventory to stash

To anyone reading, make sure when you are changing the filter that you dont accidentally click on the key pickup option and enable it. That was the problem, I didn't even know what that option was before today (F for the valdo box in the map I did the thing in)
