[User fail] Templar astrolabe Dark Forest scarab drops missing

Had Templar Astrolabe modifier with Final boss drops 2 additinal scarab items in Dark Forest. Boss changed into immortal wolf form and teleported from the initial stone circle to the eastern circle. When boss died I didn't see any scarab items dropping. Also had Maven witness active.

Edit. Just noticed I had unwavering vision allocated in the specific atlas I used to run the map. There should probably be a notification if current atlas is in conflict with a fixed reward.
