Threads of the Originator Astrolabe stuck

Hey yall, I've accidentally fat fingered an map area of level 6-10 with an astrolabe on the top right quadrant of the map and now I can't complete them for the Threads of the Originator quest because they are too low level. Not sure if this is a bug or not or if there is any fix I could do. Thanks!
