Yaomac's Accord - Volatile Vaal Orb 'Krangledivine' interaction

Expected Behavior:

The 6-8% reduced Vaal Soul Gain Prevention Duration modifier should krangledivine to 5-10%, with the lowest roll being a 6 scaled by 78% and rounded to the nearest integer (4.68 becomes 5), and the highest being an 8 scaled by 122% to 9.76 and then rounded true to 10.

Observed Behavior:

Mousing a Volatile Vaal Orb over Yaomac's shows a 6-7% range. No corrupted Yaomac's Accords exist in trade league with Krangledivine-exclusive rolls.

Reproduction Steps:

Acquire Volatile Vaal Orb and Yaomac's Accord in Mirage league, attempt to apply the former to the latter but don't confirm it.
