Horned Scarab of Awakening/Destructive Play interactions with Boss Modifiers and Altars

I would like to report some potential bugs regarding the Horned Scarab of Awakening and the Destructive Play Atlas keystone.

Issue 1: Boss Modifiers not applying to summoned Guardians
When using the Horned Scarab of Awakening (which states that "Modifiers to the Final Map Boss also apply to these Guardians"), the additional Guardians summoned do not seem to be affected by the modifiers or scaling that apply to the Final Map Boss. This is particularly noticeable when combined with Destructive Play.

Issue 2: Inconsistent behavior with Eater of Worlds Altars
I have noticed an inconsistency when using Eater of Worlds Altars in maps with multiple bosses (via Scarabs or Destructive Play):

Altar rewards like "Final Map Boss drops additional Chaos Orbs" work correctly and drop from the additional bosses.

However, Altar rewards like "Final Map Boss drops additional Scarabs" do not seem to function for the additional bosses. Some specific types of Scarabs never drop from them, even though they are considered "Map Bosses."

Could you please look into whether these interactions are working as intended?
