Deadlock - even after 3.28.0c hotfix 2

crash, locks my machine for ~90 seconds, finally spits out "deadlock detected". Seems to be when I'm loading a new instance and click to another window (PoB, trade site, even bringing up the Awakened PoE Trade overlay) and it shuts down.

Sometimes I get control after a minute or two, other times it locks and never returns control. I can still see the mouse cursor move, but can't interact with anything. Caps lock still goes on and off as well, but I still have to pull the plug to get to a restart.

Any luck fixing this? Experiencing it myself.

Im also having this any time i alt tab out... please fix this, its so annoying

I have it since the beginning of this league. Please fix it. I cannot play !

This only happens to me when I play on EU servers, when I play on NA servers with high ping I never get this at all.
From the Error message it shouldnt be related to server problems but CPU workload, sadly their is no 100% solution to this problem.

Using Vulkan renderer, just had this happen in heist. Fun.
