Steam account no longer has anything?

Hello there,

I'm a long time off and on player of PoE1, I've played via my steam account pretty much since day one.

I wanted to start up a new character to play alongside some friends, and it seems as though all of my data has been scrubbed from my account? All my old characters, microtransactions, promotional loot, friends list, etc. I'm really not sure how this could have happened.

The only thing I can really think of is that it happened when I purchased PoE2 early access, as that's the last thing I did anything PoE related? But that doesn't make any sense, so I'm really not sure.

I'm posting this while logged in to the steam account in question, and I've confirmed that this should, in fact, be the same account. It's creation date is from 2017.

Would really appreciate some assistance with this.
