Essence monsters causing instances to become unstable

I have been farming essences and have noticed that often if i have died to an essence in an instance, either in a mirage or normal map area, it often causes the instance to crash upon entering. i noticed it will allow me to enter the mirage or map if the essence mob is far away from the entrance but the moment I go near it the instance crashes.
