"Your Blink and Mirror arrow clones use your Gloves" quiver mod and glove annoint

I was planning on using quiver mod "Your Blink and Mirror arrow clones use your Gloves" with Breathstealer gloves with annoint to give to my clones. However after doing some testing it seem like clones doesn't benefit from the annoint at all.

Tested with "Master Fletcher" and "Multishot" for additional projectile and nothing! same for "Disciple of Forbidden", clones not generating power charges on kill.

Not sure if it is bug or intented, but i'd expect clones to use the gloves to their full extent (where applicable, i know minions cannot use or trigger skills)

Minions don't have the skill tree to benefit from allocated nodes.
