Cant witness originator maps

How am i supposed to complete Maven's invitation: The Remembered when i cant open the map with Maven influence ??? i cant apply any influence, if i do it just says the operation could not be completed. I already did the first quest memory thread, this one was a new one i found in maps and should be able to roll with influence
