please fix

There is a bug that occasionally occurs with the skill Elemental Weakness when I cast it manually.

Even though the cost to cast the skill is consumed, Elemental Weakness does not appear or activate at times.

I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

スキル「エレメンタル・ウィークネス」を手動で発動させた際、時折バグが発生します。
スキルの発動コストは消費されるにもかかわらず、「エレメンタル・ウィークネス」が表示されない、あるいは発動しないことがあります。
