please fix

There is a bug that occasionally occurs with the skill Elemental Weakness when I cast it manually.

Even though the cost to cast the skill is consumed, Elemental Weakness does not appear or activate at times.

I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

If necessary, I can provide a video demonstrating the problem.

Your characters on your profile are hidden, there is no bug report number, and video would help in case there's another issue going on.

Looking at your previous posts, is this for PoE 1 or PoE 2? There's different issues that could be present depending on which game you are playing.. and both have the same curse Elemental Weakness.
