please fix

There is a bug that occasionally occurs with the skill Elemental Weakness when I cast it manually.

Even though the cost to cast the skill is consumed, Elemental Weakness does not appear or activate at times.

I would like this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

If necessary, I can provide a video demonstrating the problem.

Curse does not apply if mobs are higher level, curse level 17 does not apply to monster level 79 e.g.
Check skill tooltip, it is stated there based on its level.
post video anyway maybe show curse and area level too.

It’s not that the curse isn’t applied.

The area doesn’t appear in the first place.
