Fracture bot working

Fractured Modifiers "LOCKED ONTO THE ITEM. IT CANNOT BE REMOVED OR ALTERED"... This is a LIE.

I "fractured" an item and the fractured mod was removed with a vaal. Why does the tool-tip lie about what the fracture orb can do???

Vaal orbs causes unpredictable results.
Not being able to touch fractured mods would be predictable...

They should look at this, you're right about corruption being unpredictable but he is also right because a fractured mod cannot be removed/altered as stated in description and it doesnt say corruption might remove it.
It's locked so players expect no effect from vaal orbs.
