Death Offering kills no reason

Hi,

I have noticed that my Death offering kills me randomly, there is no reason for it and it can happen everywhere. In my Hideout looking into my stash tab. In Kingsmarch receiving loot from my mappers. In the Map looking into the ritual window.

It really does not matter. Randomly, Death offering kills me.

- I do not change anything on the gear when it happens or level up my gems as I already noticed that this is bugged and can kill me
- As I am in Kingsmarch/Hideout, there is no debuff on me. It happens long after I left a map.
- My Offerings have a duration of more than 16 seconds (15 seconds are required with leash)
- Lifetap is socketed into my chest to avoid mana issues.
