Cant use invitations on Atlas

I have the quests for both invitations, but the game won't let me open the map.

EDIT: The problem was not having Palace T16 completed.

That's not where those go.
If you right-click the invites, they'll show where in the Atlas they can be accessed from.

Not 100% here since I haven't gotten that far in league yet, but try completing that Tier 16 map in the bottom left corner. I think that's necessary before running these invitations.

When I right click them, it auto directs me to a black space under the atlas

EDIT: I do have a couple of T16s missing, ill run them and see if it solves the issue
