The Black Barya - Boss Vanishes on First Phase Transition

As the title says, while running Saresh on the Black Barya map today he vanished during the phase transition where he jumps to the middle of the arena and performs an explosion. The tentacles around the side briefly came out, but then the arena was empty and the fight couldn't progress.
