Bug with Eagon. Cant open his map

Hi guys, whenever i open a map through Eagon tho advance the quest, it keep saying "The operation could not be completed". Anyone have encounter this bug? Please help me. I already change the server and try it, but hopeless

" Click on your Map Device. Turn off the Maven / Searing Exarch / Eater of Worlds beacons. Talk to Eagon again. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
