PS5 Pro Loading Issues

Since about the middle of Act 3 of PoE2, I have serious loading issues. Sometimes, it takes multiple tries to login. When I get logged in, most of the time the game sits on the loading screen forever. After a game restart, it will often load into an instance, but I’ll do an inventory check and the loading gears come up on the game screen and it says “Game Paused” at the bottom and won’t load the game back up, causing me to restart again.

I’ve tried restarting my router and my PlayStation. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling PoE2. I’ve also booted my PS5 into safe mode and deleted system cache and rebuilt the database. This has been going on for about a week and persists through last night’s update. PoE1 works fine.
