Trial of sekhemas

finished the second floor on the tial, the shrine says "interact to gain ascendancy points" but when i interact it just opens the skill tree without giving me the skill points

That's known bug - luckily, only the label is bugged, in fact you got the points.
Just click ascendancy nodes as you had points, it should allocate. If it won't talk to Hooded One and respec one ascendancy node - it should unlock the missing points.

Second floor doesnt give you points,it's:

1 floor in sekhemas: 2 points
4 rooms in chaos: 2 points
3 floors in sekhemas (scorpion boss): 2 points

Beat zarokh (4 floors in sekhemas) : 2 points

OR

Beat trialmasters in chaos after you collected 3 different fates from normal runs : 2 points.
