Unleash and Zarokh's Revolt cannot be socketed into Thunderstorm

Unleash and Zarokh's Revolt cannot support 'Channelling Skills or Skills with a Cooldown', and 'Channelling Skills' respectively. Thunderstorm does not have a cooldown, nor does it have the 'Channelling' tag, so these support gems should be able to support it, but they cannot.
