URGENT APPEAL: User Error Email Lockout - 1 Month No Reply

Hi GGG Support Team and Community,


I am in a desperate situation and need assistance.


**The Issue:**
About a month ago, I made a mistake and accidentally changed my account's registered email to an incorrect address.
- My **original/correct email** is a QQ mailbox (ending in **6556**), which I still have access to.
- The **new/incorrect email** I typed by mistake (ending in **275**) is inaccessible to me (it was a typo/wrong account).


Because I cannot access the new email to click the verification link, I am completely locked out of my account.


**What I've Done:**
1. I have submitted multiple support tickets to `support@pathofexile.com` over the last month.
2. I have provided **full proof of ownership**, including the exact payment receipt (Transaction ID, Date: Feb 3, 2025, Amount: 228.40 CNY).
3. I clarified in my tickets that this was a **user error**, not a hacked account.


**Current Status:**
Unfortunately, I have received **no response** for over a month, or only automated replies asking questions I've already answered. My tickets seem to be stuck in a loop.


**My Request:**
Could a moderator or a support agent please help escalate my ticket? I have provided valid payment proofs showing I am the original owner. I just need a manual reset of my email back to my original address (ending in 6556).


I cannot post my full email or transaction IDs here for security reasons, but all details and screenshots have been sent directly to the support email.
