Make Vaal Temple account-wide

Please make the Vaal Temple account wide. The medals that increase energy and medal slots are already account-wide. Next league, make it so we can build the temple with any character.

The reason for this is simple, on my Oracle, I have a fairly decent temple, not fully built up. Only around half way.

Unfortunately, I'm an Alt-holic. I get bored playing the same playstyle and will roll a new character when I feel like it. But it kills my motivation to play the new toon when I collect 6 energy, then go into the temple, only to see a bare bones temple with almost nothing to do. I then remember the pain of going through the RNG fest of building my Oracle's temple.

My Oracle is now almost level 99. I mostly play solo. In previous leagues, my highest is around 93, I think. I tried rolling a few characters but eventually I kept coming back to the Oracle because it's fun building and clearing the temple. But I don't want to build it up from scratch on a new character again.
