All of my mtx are gone in PoE1

I play on both Playstation 5 and PC. I do not have any of my previously purchased microtransactions for Path of Exile through either of the accounts. Both PoE2 accounts have whatever mtx I have purchased but nothing for poe1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have been playing mainly on console until I recently got a new pc. Last bumped on Mar 16, 2026, 11:52:28 PM

I'm afraid that it is not possible to transfer purchases to or from the PlayStation platform. Information about this can be seen here; https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3586288/page/1 "Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash."
