Anoints can't be viewed in the menu

Cassia does not give me the option to view all of my available anoints based on the oils I have. "caninstill" does not highlight any passives on the tree even when the oils are in my inventory.

This feature is from PoE2. Cassia could never do that.

You may be correct. Last league I interacted with an NPC that showed me the anointments available based on the oils I currently possessed. Which NPC is this? It would have been helpful for you to had replied with that info.
