Domain of Timeless Conflict not Spawning Mobs

It is possible I've just forgotten how this thing works, but I am clearing the arena and then resetting the zone by standing in the middle. A big animation fires off, and no mobs spawn except the bosses.

I've now encountered this in two 5 ways in a row while trying to do the challenge.

Its the greater devour support that is bugging enemy spawns. If you can take that off it will work normally.

This thread doesn't include the extra details, but other threads on the topic have mentioned Greater Devour Support being the cause of the issue.

At least one thread got a GGG response, so they are at least aware of the issue.
