Constant crashes - THIS NEEDS TO END!

Seriously, this game is unplayable. It crashes more than 6 times per map wasting all my portals. I've turned down or off all the video and audio settings I could find and stopped all other applications in the background. I literally only have PoE running on Windows 11, nothing more. Nothing helps. Reinstalling did nothing. Deleting old caches did nothing. I have all the latest updates for my graphics card and OS. Nothing helps.

I had many many crashes too. I even got a brand new PC.

In my case the only thing which helps against constant crashes is to turn off multithreading. POE isnt optimized to run on modern CPUs I feel like.

Try turning off your MTX if you're using them. Game would hard crash in Deli / Breach, after turning off MTX, none. Still some slow down, but no crashes to desktop.

Im constantly crashing in maps with a delerium modifier, seems like as soon as mobs start using black lighning or anytime the screen gets too crowded it just crashes to desktop. i keep losing portals to this. Ive set my graphics to minimal on everything and have decent specs. i run the game just fine but as soon as Delerium happens its just constant crash to desktop

Are you using demon slayer ring mtx? There's a known bug with it that it crashes on some delirium monsters. It should be fixed next patch, I believe, but try removing it for now

Are you guys running Holy Strike? Holy strike has been crashing to desktop a ton on high tier maps.

I love the skill but once I started getting high attack speed and 4 weapons the crashes got to the point where its almost unplayable.

There are a few threads on it, but if you are using it please add to the threads. Need GGG to get a move on fixing this skill!

i did have the demonslayer ring mtx on, ill shut it off and see if it helps. thank you!

I took the MTX off and have ran several delirium maps since, no more issues. Thanks again for the tip. its such a cool effect though i hope they fix it soon.
