Cloak of abyssal

Hello Support Team,

I’m contacting you regarding a Twitch Drop item that I should have received(i know it was long ago and i should notice it earlier) but is not appearing in my in-game inventory.

The item name is Cloak of Abyssal. I watched the eligible stream for the required duration; however, due to a Twitch bug, the progress bar did not advance properly during the broadcast. Despite meeting the watch-time requirement, the reward does not appear to have been delivered to my account.

Could you please verify my drop status and help grant the item?
