How pick which guild donate points to when in both pc/xbox guilds

I'm guild lead for our POE 1- pc group. Also in the xbox guild for poe 1. Trying to donate points to the xbox guild, but when I log in, only seems to be giving me option to donate to pc guild. Accounts are all linked and everything.

You should be able to donate points using the in-game shop, though the guild leader will need to log into the website and use the guild management tools in order to accept the points donation.
