Lightless Astrolobe - Stygian Spire leads nowhere fails challenge for shaped region

Hi,

I have used "Abyss Scarab of Edifice" with "Lightless Astrolobe".
Stygian Spire has spawned, but then abyss branched to infinite hole of spawns and subsequentaly failed the challenge for the shaped region.

Is this intentional or am I missing something?

multiple bug with abyss failing astrolabe. terrible astrolabe for now and i believe for the league since i dont see ggg patching abyss leading to nowhere bug since last league it was already the case
