Q: Legacy of the Vaal - draining the water is no longer visualized on the map

I still remember from 0.1 or 0.2 that upon using the lever to drain the water in the waterways your PC would say his dialogue line while the map opens with a nice animation of the water being drained and the Sunken City being revealed.

Now your PC starts to say his dialogue line, the map opens, nothing happens, and upon manually closing the map your PC continues to finish his line.
