Double captured souls

Hi, I found a bug with Divine Vessels in the Lava Chamber map(i think on other maps its work too).

Because of a boss duplicate/mirage, I killed the boss twice and received two captured souls. Using the first one upgraded my Pantheon, but using the second one immediately deactivated it.
