The Sands of time + triggerbots

Tried to do a discharge build on saboteur with the new belt which can give resonating shrine but the problem was arcanist brand + ball lightning of static not working 100% of the time, easy to see on bosses without adds.

the arcanist brand stopped casting the ball lightning of static on the boss even when the brand is on the boss and with ball lightning being available for casting.

This probably happens because of the sand of time + triggerbots interaction
