Activated Vaal Temple before Act3 Boss locking up

Happened right before I'm typing this.

Near the end of Act3, I activated the temple and changed my mind because the Act3 boss is just steps away.

I decided to finish the boss 1st for the upgraded version.

After finishing the boss, the Temple entrance and panel cannot be clicked, there are no "buttons" on both of them, both NPCs are not spawned in there.

Tried relogging and use a new instance, same result.
