Locked account of a friend.

Hello guys,
Here is the situation... Friend of mine got his steam account hacked, they changed the email, and he was not able to log in for day or two. In the meantime he emailed the ggg customer support saying that he got hacked and want help to retrieve his account back. They locked the account without any proof that he is the owner of the account. [Removed by Support] He was robbed a few valuable itmes in standart league, now he just want to recover the account because there are stashes and skins paid for thru the years. PLEASE HELP! Since you edited the post and deleted most of it. The description was that he contacted customer support, they wanted all that information which he provided. Is there a way he can escalate the case to someone who can actually help him?
