Ember Fusillade from Dusk Vigil does not allow Inhibitor Support

The triggered version of Ember Fusillade from Dusk Vigil does not allow Inhibitor to support it even though Inhibitor explicitly states it can support triggered skills and it can support the regular gem version of Ember Fusillade.
