Black Barya Boss DESPAWNED

After i pushed him to his phase where he grows tentacles he completely despawned! please return me the black barya map or atleast make up for that bad coding because i lost my money and my time...

Just had this happen as well. Pushed the boss to his invlun phase, ran down the stairs and he peaced out... Still not fixed as of 3.28.0e patch.
