Nightmare Map- Catarina Bug

Playing Elementalist Ignite Eviscerate and this is the second time that for some reason/somehow Catarina on the Ziggurat Map will not continue to the next phase. During the fight there are 3 black crystals that she will use to summon the next boss before she transitions into her next phase. During the second to third phase she summons the boss before she hits the invul phase and then never is able to do the animation because there is no black crystal that will continue the fight to the next stage.

All 3 crystals destroyed and will not continue to the next phase. Ignore Maven I have had this bug happen to me before without her.

Believe the bug could actually be related to when Maven uses her twin terrors attack.

Never mind, ran a map without map and still am finding the bug.

I am running into the same problem.
