Abandoned Rhoa auto closing "Troubling Implication" dialouge instantly after opening

Act 2, Deshar, Tradition's Toll quest. When clicking on the abandoned Rhoa at the entrance to Deshar and selecting "Troubling Implication," the lore/quest/dialogue immediately closes without input from the player and preventing it from being read.

Class is a Lvl 30 Sorceress, Disciple of Varashta ascendancy.
