" You are unable to refund the following: Account features such as Stash Tabs or Extra Character Slots. Consumable microtransactions such as Mystery Boxes or Skin Transfers. Microtransactions received from opening a Mystery Box. Supporter Packs or any microtransactions received from Supporter Pack purchases. Individual microtransactions from the purchase of a bundle (for example, a Helmet received by purchasing an Armour Pack). It's been reported that GGG does refund unused stash tabs and MTX past the 2 hour limit on request; but you need to email them for it.
