Serpent Warrior Spectre is bugged

Hello GGG team,
could you please check the Serpent Warrior spectre? It's no longer working. I switched my build to this spectre today and was totally disappointed because it wasn't attacking any enemies. Neither as active spectrew nor as passive with meat shield gem (fire Mortars) does work. I played this build a view leagues ago, now its dead. So it is in Mirage and Standard...

Same here, created an entire character around it based on my build from affliction and as soon as an enemy enters their range they just hiss and stay still without doing anything.
