Vaal Temple room locked and we can't get out

An old bug reared its ugly head again last night during party play in the Vaal temple. We cleared a room, the one with the four cages at the corners you cannot enter containing piles of corpses. The cages looks like the have expanding metal panels for walls.

We finish the last kill in the room but the doors were still barred meaning we could not leave. Almost as if there was at least one more mob in the room to kill.

The only thing we could do is portal out and then head back in. Though that worked, that room was locked from the outside as well meaning the temple could not be completed because we could not go through that room to access the rooms beyond it.

This happened when the temple was introduced in that same room but I have not seen it since until last night as described above.
