Tier 15 Molten map server crash twice

I've now had a server crash twice in a row on the Molten map. First one, server just up and died, I lost my waystone, of course but it happens. So, restart the client, go back in with a new waystone and get all the way to the boss, die and instead of getting a respawn option, the game just hangs with the lava still flowing out. No option but to exit the game and go back in. The portals are still there but I cannot join because I died (the message said as much). It was a 5 revive map and until that point, I had not died - I still have 5 active portals up but cannot re-join. Another waystone bites the dust.

Tier 15 waystones are not as easy to come by ya know... Frustrating. in the past few nights playing, some with a party of 3 and some solo, I've had, conservatively, 6 server crashes that left the map irretrievable and lost forever. Super frustrating.

I wish I could provide more information - this latest crash today, before Noon (on 3/14) if you have logs.

bah. Enjoy the game but these periodic and clustered server crashes really take the wind from my sails.

Hoping this makes it to someone - never getting any feedback on most if not all of the tickets I've submitted is more than a little frustrating - its like shooting an arrow into the abyss with you guys.
