Severe loading time – São Paulo gateway – Windows 11

Hello,

I am experiencing extremely long loading times when entering towns, hideouts, maps, and other areas. The loading screens take a very long time and make the game almost impossible to play.

This problem started recently and happens constantly.

My system specs:
CPU: Intel i5-10400F
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 32GB DDR4
OS: Windows 11
Game client: Steam
Gateway: São Paulo

Things I have already tried:
- Cleaning Temp, Prefetch and %Temp%
- Updating GPU drivers
- Clearing the game cache
- Verifying game files
- Restarting the PC

A friend of mine is experiencing the same issue with a different PC:

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650 OC
RAM: 32GB DDR4
OS: Windows 11
Game client: Steam
Gateway: São Paulo
