TURBO UTLRA MEGA LAG

Am i the only one who has ultra lag ( my latency is around 250-600 ms and shader is only at 100% ) every 20 maps.Im farming 30% exp for 2h so i can die in a sinlge map several times cuz i cant move and monsters can attack me for some reason. I tried swaping realms and networking mode and nothing is wokring.
Also verify the game files by steam and nothing works. I have this problems for 3 days.
Any tricks or tips how to fix it?

(ESPECIALLY TURBO LAG WHEN MY WHOLE MAP IS MIRAGE )

fix the game holy fuck i cant play at any time without having latency spikes
